Introducing SplatF’s advertising partner, SAY Media
Starting a successful website is as much about the business as the product. So I’m excited to be working with a new partner on the business side, SAY Media.
Who’s that? Before becoming SAY Media last year, it was two companies you’ve probably heard of: VideoEgg and Six Apart. These days, they build cool sites like xoJane and partner with others like TechDirt.
Starting now, SAY Media will handle advertising and sponsorships for SplatF, so I can spend as much time as possible focusing on writing and building the site.
I’m working with SAY because I like their approach to supporting independent self-publishers, and because they have demonstrated good taste. But also, crucially, because I think they will be able to help me build a good business. Advertising isn’t my only plan for SplatF, but it’s an important one.
As always, I welcome your feedback. Thank you for reading.
